🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Where do you ship from? We ship directly from our facility in Fontana, California.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Shipping: 7–12 business days via standard shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

📦 ORDERS & TRACKING

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please contact us at support@adrolux.store within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.

How do I track my package? Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use that link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do? First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
